How?
He would order an iPhone using an address in the area where he delivers, and would replace the product with a fake one and return it back to the company, stating the buyer had returned it.
When?
He was caught when the company noticed that many phones were returned from a single area, and also those phones turned out to be fake.
Why?
Police say he did this because he had a lot of debt to clear from when he was a college student.
