Suicide attack in Kabul, Afghanistan

What?

Two suicide attackers detonated bombs in a rally in Kabul, and killed at least 80 men and women and over injured 300.

Where?

It occurred in Dehmazang square in Kabul, near the Afghan Parliament building and Kabul University, when the minority group Shia- Hazara, had gathered to protest against the shortage of electricity in their locality.

Why?

Afghanistan is suffering from a severe power shortage, only 40 % of their people are supplied by power. Hazara believes they are discriminated by the government, as their community has suffered worst because of the power shortage.

How?

The suicide bombers merged with the protesters and detonated their suicide belts consecutively, there was also a third bomber but he was shot down by the police before he could detonate his bomb.

Who?

ISIS has claimed responsibility for this incident. ISIS has been attacking civilians all over the world rabidly this month, causing enormous destruction and death in large scale. The attacks are so random and chaotic, seems like ISIS has gone crazy, as it's loosing territories in Iraq and Syria.
